We are currently hard at work on a briefs as amicus curiae in United States v. Stevens, Sullivan v. Florida, and Graham v. Florida. Stevens asks whether or not the federal government may place an outright ban on videos that depict animal cruelty and Sullivan and Graham question whether or not sentencing of juveniles to life in prison for committing non-homocide crimes is a violation of the Eight Amendment.
